Form Capture - It's set up but doesn't capture entries

Hello,

so I am using Dynamics 365 for Marketing.

And my goal is to integrate an external form via "form capture". (when somebody submits the external form, his information should be stored in 365)

This is what I've done:

I have added the tracking script to the webpage
The external form fields are mapped to the contact fields
The form is "live" in 365

Problem: Now when I enter data into the external form and submit, nothing happens in 365 - no new contacts, leads or submissions. It tells me that people visit the form, but it doesn't recognize entries. The information is stored in the backend of my website, but not in 365.

Do you have an idea how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Have you tried to change the behavior of the form capturing by adding the following attributes to the HTML/script you receive via Capture Form:

data-ignore-prevent-default="true"

data-no-submit="true"
