how to show custom fields in field drill down when a table is assigned as a table relation. Please help to me.
The fields you see in the drill down is defined by what you show on the drill down page that is defined for the table you drill down to.
So you can either build your own drill down page or extend the existing page.

Like Inge said, one way is the drilldown/lookup page. That's relevant when you go into advanced lookup. Another way is the 'dropdown' fieldgroup. You can add to that by defining it at the table level. The screenshot shows the one for the Bank Account table.
