Sales Order Entry Screen (40.100.00) Slow on load

I have been having this lately on this screen it just loads really slow on all workstations.
Any thoughts or Suggestions?

    That is typically one of the slowest loading screens in Solomon.  If you have customizations on this screen (which everyone I know of that uses Order Management does) then it will be even slower to load.
