We are using Click Dimension at the moment for marketing operations and Click Dimension provide Marketing eblast on leads/contacts/accounts all. So the idea is out of 100 leads , may be 40 qualified and 40 contacts get generated. so other 60 leads are not associated with contacts at all. so if corporates wants to still reach out to those 60 leads , we can create marketing list based on leads and able to utilize eblast.
We are working on evaluating Dynamics 365 Marketing App and realize that Dynamics 365 Marketing allows only contacts for segmentations. So basically most marketing is focused on contacts. Segments can not be created on leads.
I wants to understand how corporates are dealing with e-blast on leads?
Does companies that are using Dynamics Marketing always keep some sync routine to create contact as soon as Leads are created to over come this issue?
or is there any way, we can still send e-blast to Marketing list with leads and track Dynamics 365 Marketing activities?
