Whenever a user goes to a worksheet and then tries to open it in Excel via the Send To menu option Navision always crashes. User can sign in on another machine and it works just fine. A different user can sign in to that machine and will get this error as well.
Event Viewer shows:
I would suggest to uninstall the client and reinstall the client.
Thank you for answering, unfortunately Ive already tried uninstalling Navision client as well as office from the computer and am still getting this error.

From Microsoft perspective, we suggest you upgrade Dynamics NAV 2018 to CU37:
support.microsoft.com/.../cumulative-update-37-for-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2018-build-46142
