Since PVA does not currently support the desired language, we are thinking to record an audio message and play it during the user's conversation with the Voice Bot. Is it possible to play previously recorded audio message to the customer?
Hi, Our team searched the official documentation and found that Power Virtual Agents (PVA) for Customer Service and Omnichannel for Customer Service currently provide functionality for voice bots but are not yet able to play pre-recorded audio within the out-of-the-box functionality. If you want to play specific audio messages, you may want to consider custom development options or third-party integrations to provide this functionality.
