Send Email using custom workflow

i want send email through custom workflow, i have to send email to single line of text email id and few email ids should be in CC, i want use email template for body (global template)

kindly provide me best solution

    Hello Altaf,

     

    Thank you for writing to us . From what I could understand -- you want to send emails by using a workflow to certain users having an email ID and while you do that you want to make use of a Template . I think this should be possible by using the Out of Box capabilities . The People to whom you want to send the emails can be included as an account or as an Contact - Contact being most preferred.

    However I also understand that there may be a need to make us of a template when sending emails only by using a custom workflow activity .
