I am unable to delete a name from the below coordinators grid. Basically, I would like delete my name and add an alternate user on the Coordinators grid. How do I Delete my name?

Do you have the right to "Share" this record? If you do you will probably see the "Share" button on the command bar (unless the person customising your system has explicitly hidden it).

If you don't have the right to share the record, then you don't have the right to change the membership of the Access Team.

Maybe your Access Team template should be changed to include Share privileges, so anyone that is added to a co-ordinators team will then have the right to remove themselves or add others. Check if this fits your business needs though - maybe you need to give people some access to a record, but not let them just invite anyone else.

@Neil To find the Access Team for a record is pretty easy, since Access Teams are actually linked to their related records (unlike manual sharing with a random team). So in Advanced Find you can look for Teams > Team type = Access > [linked to entity in question] > entity record is [use lookup to find the one you want].

Because of these links you can build some great views such as "All records (of an entity) where Owner is not me but that have an Access Team that I am in" or "All users who are in any Access Team associated with any record of [secret entity of some kind]"

Yes it is a custom Entity.

It is possible to do an advanced find to find the access team. From there you can open it and remove members.

Create and advanced find on teams and look for everything with a team type of access. This will show you the system generated access teams.

Only problem finding the one you need to update!

You will find that the team name is made up of two GUIDs. The first of these is the GUID of the entity and second is the GUID for the team template. Using the GUID from your entity should allow you to filter the advanced and find the one you need.
