    Hi Bridget,

Remove a large amount of specific, targeted data with bulk deletion

The bulk deletion feature helps you to maintain data quality and manage the consumption of system storage by deleting data that you no longer need.

    1. Select an environment and go to Settings > Data management > Bulk Record deletion.

    2. Select New to run the Bulk Deletion Wizard to create a bulk deletion job with the records you want to delete.

    hi

to delete data from the Activities table in Dynamics 365, you can follow these steps:

Open the Activities view in Dynamics 365. You can do this by navigating to the Activities tab on the main navigation bar and selecting the desired view.

Select the activities that you want to delete. You can do this by selecting the check box next to each activity or by selecting all the activities by clicking on the check box in the header row.

Click on the "Delete" button in the command bar at the top of the view. This will open a confirmation dialog box.

In the confirmation dialog box, select the "OK" button to confirm that you want to delete the selected activities.

Wait for the deletion process to complete. Depending on the number of activities that you are deleting, this process may take some time.

Note that deleting data from the Activities table in Dynamics 365 may have an impact on related records, such as records in the Contact or Account tables. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider the impact of deleting data before proceeding. It is also recommended to take a backup of the database before performing any deletion operation.
