Solution Import - Missing Dependencies

Posted on by 38

Dear Community,

I hope I could get some advice on the following issue: I started a Dynamics Sales trial and I am trying to import a solution developed by my ex-colleague. I managed to install the majority of missing dependencies, but I cannot get past the following two:

 2022_5F00_01_5F00_26_5F00_14_5F00_49_5F00_32_5F00_Solution_5F00_Import_5F00_Missing_5F00_Dependencies_5F00_Power_5F00_Platform_5F00_Community.png

It seems there was previously a way to install ProjectService for Dynamics 365 via Microsoft AppSource, but it does not seem to be the case anymore. What would be the correct way of getting this missing dependency? I have been through the documentation, but have not found a solution for my use case.

I am also aware that OmnichannelBase is related to Customer Service, but how can I get rid of this dependency or add it to my environment if I am supposed to be using Sales?

Many thanks,

Alex
