Truncated Errors on Uploading Project on Marketplace

Dear Team,

We are facing an issue when we upload our business central App Source project on marketplace it is giving us errors we resolved again send next it shows further different errors because we get truncated error massage. how can we check all the errors at once ?

Seems this is not the first time you are uploading the extension on Marketplace. Make sure you are not altering to schemas, if schemas are altered/deleted then you will end up with this error message.

Hello,

Yes, don’t rely only on the truncated Partner Center message; run the self-validation locally using Microsoft’s Run-AlValidation from BcContainerHelper, because it performs the same type of technical validation and gives you the full output per version/country instead of waiting for each Marketplace submission. Also, from the screenshot, the main error type is AppSourceCop AS0032/AS0031, meaning objects/fields/actions that existed in the previous version are missing in the new version, so Microsoft treats this as a breaking change for upgrades/dependencies; you usually need to restore them, mark obsolete properly first, or handle the upgrade path correctly instead of deleting/renaming directly. You can also enable Application Insights telemetry for Marketplace validation to analyze validation traces after submission, but for fixing all errors before upload, Run-AlValidation is the better first step.
