Hi All,

Is there a trick or a workaround to the below without doing this via JavaScript?

GOAL:
I am planning to display a warning message and not an error message with the help of a business role

Statement:
When a user tries to send an email to an external email domain 'recipient list' rather than the business domain, show a warning message. However, the business role is showing the message but will not allow the user to proceed.

And obviously, a traditional workflow 'processes' can not also do this.

Any suggestion

Hi,

Unfortunately You can only show warning using javascript.

With plugin user will not be able to proceed. Same applies to workflow.
