We are transitioning our client from a Citrix based deployment to an on premiss desktop deployment with a Point to Point connection to their hosted servers. This is only background, as the data and the connection are not the issue - we think.
The situation is that when the client goes to generate the Summary Range Report LY from the Canadian Payroll Inquiry screen and enters a date range and clicks on Process - there is no data returned. (Fig 1)
When the client enters filter information - but not date specific - the system generates data as expected and what matches the result from the Citrix installation of the software. (Fig 2)
We compared the two desktop / software installation and they appear to be the same as seen in Figs 3 and 4 below
