Does anyone know anything about tutorials to create new reports in report writer?
And if it's possible to use my own stored procedures or views?

want to know the report development in detail, please follow the suggestion mentioned by above experts.
Developing Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Applications by Ms. Leslie Vail is the best option to consider.
I agree with Frank. Leslie is the Guru for Report writer.
I would like to share my suggestion based on my experience.
1. You can create your own Reports in Report Writer.
2. Can't directly use your Stored Procedures and views for the reports in Report Writer.
Note: For the second option, while printing the report, you can create a custom table and add the values to it with using dexterity code to call the Stored Procedure/View .
