I'm a student, in Master Computer Science-Application Developer. I have a CRM project that I have to carry out on Dynamics 365 CRM Online. I'm currently working on the evaluation version.

She wants to:
- to manage customer relations;
- manage marketing campaigns;
- issue quotes, purchase orders and invoices;
- follow up on deliveries;
- share data from Dynamics 365 CRM to SAGE to track invoices.
****************** TECHNICAL CHOICE (Personal choice) ******************
- the CRM application chosen is Dynamics 365 Sales ;
- the company would like its sales people to use the mobile versions. After a few tests, I realized that the application was not working well. So I decided to have them all work on the web version.
******************************CHALLENGES******************************
For me, the challenges would be:
- do the basic configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM (just after its deployment);
- configuring the users;
- do the training;
- ensure the operation of the work tool (Dynamics 365 CRM)
