Microsoft.Crm.PowerShell.dll on workstation

Hello

I am using Dynamics 365 Online and I don't have Microsoft.Crm.PowerShell.dll Snap-in installed on server near at hand. How can I download them and install on my workstation? The final goal is to set some settings though Set-CrmAdvancedSetting cmdlet which is a part of that dll.

    Is it possible to change 'ExecuteMultipleMaxBatchSize' setting for Online instance?
