I want to delete some lines in " Work items assigned to me " , but delete button is hidden

It's standard feature, we can not delete the workflow.
What's your original requirement?

Like MATTGUO mentioned, as per the standard feature, you can not delete the item which is assigned to you.
If the item is not intended to you, you can of course delegate from there.
Let us know what is the exact business scenario.

From business and system perspective if any work item is assigned to you that means you have to take an appropriate action on it, that could be approve/reject/delegate so that system can maintain complete tracking details like what action has been taken so far and by who that's why it is appropriate to delete any work item.

We're having the same issue. I've been searching LCS and other message boards looking for a solution, but not finding one. I think the key distinction here that I'm seeing when people say they want to delete these work items is not that they want to remove them without taking action on them. It's that they have already approved them and the work item still shows up on this queue in the area and if you click it, it will say:
"We didn't find anything to show here"
But then you can't delete it. The delete button is greyed out, so you can't remove these items that have been approved long ago. Any further suggestions here?
