No barcode on PO Receiver report...

I have a user printing a report we call "PO Receiver." The report should show a barcode printed next to each item on the list, but does not. Instead it prints "#ERROR" wherever a bar code should appear.

I've had the user try from another computer, and the bar codes print properly. I've also checked her machine and the bar code front 3of9.ttf is installed.

Any ideas on why the bar code wont print on her machine?

    Is the regional settings the same on the both computers?

    I've fixed the issue. I have batch script that checked for the existence of the font. If it exists in windows\fonts, the script ignores it and moves on. If the font does not exist, it copies over the font and installs a registry entry that takes affect after the next reboot. Looks like for whatever reason, the font installed but didn't work. I opened word on the machines in question and the font didn't show up even though it appeared to be installed in the windows\fonts directory. I deleted the entry and reinstalled the font manually, and it worked like a charm.
