The Segment and Customer Journey templates are appearing in different languages and not defaulting to English. When I select Filter, it shows me that it is filtering by English but the results do not reflect that. Instead I have to clear the filter for it to only show me the templates in English. This was not an issue before, anyone knows why it's happening now and what can be done about it besides having to clear the filter every time?

Please check your personal settings to see if the language and format is set to English.
If it is not a problem with your organization or personal language settings,
please try clearing your cache or changing your browser to reopen it.
