RMS 2.0 takes a long tome to load in offline mode

hello, we have a system that we use from time to time in offline mode for shows. When starting the POS is takes a very long time to start up. anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. Is there a way to speed this up?

Change the timeout from the default 60 seconds to 10 or 15 in SO Administrator - File - Configuration. This is the time the application waits to find the server before it launches onto offline mode; see if that helps.
