Hello,

We've done a gp addon (pkg) to put the email address directly on the customer maintenance window. You can edit it there. (We've also made our previous (wildly popular ;-) vba addon a part of it so when you click on it it will open outlook and start an email.)

We've made this free for the GP community! (as appreciation for all the help! ;-)
