Are there any Apps or tools that can be integrated with MSCRM

Hi,

I am looking for apps or tools that can be integrated with MSCRM 2015 to ease its different functionalities like sales, marketing, pricelists, etc.,

Currently we are using 'mailchimp' within CRM for sending marketing mails to customers. And we are planning to integrate 'Quickbooks' for accounts department within CRM. I am in search of these kind of tools or may be some apps which can be integrated within CRM so that it might reduce lot of manual work.

Kindly let me know if any one has used such kind of integrations in MSCRM and what are they and how it can be implemented.

    ok......so its can done by simple .net application that can directly interacted with Quick-book. Send me personal message on the same .

    Hi Raz,

    Once the invoice is paid in quickbooks, the value of 'invoice paid' field in CRM should change to 'yes'

    this is one of example of basic functionality..

    What can we do for these requirements

    Hi Sharmila

    Apart from The Third Party Tools we Mentioned Above , but you are also able to develop your own if required, utilising the Microsoft dynamics CRM SDK.

    If you can be more specific about what functionality your looking for then maybe I or another colleague may have already developed it ?

    So you are looking any specific tool or any open source.

    I have a way through that you can do the same without using third party tool.

    Hi,there is soo many ways you can interacted with quickbook without using any third party application.

    can you tell me you are looking for on premises or online.

    mscrm-addons provide many apps to improve productivity in crm

    you may also find North52 quite usefull for codeless business rules and custom automation

    Hi Sharmila,

    There are a ton of components for ms crm.  Unfortunately we don't a system like sfdc app exchange, but do have a number of ISVs creating a number of addons for ms crm.  Here are PowerObjects we have over 25 addons to ms crm including an integration between ms crm and MailChimp -- this is 2nd most popular component.

    Regarding quickbooks - we have done a number of integrations using the KingsWaysoft quickbooks ssis adapter.
