View docs(attachments) in business central

We are trying to set up our companies business central account and have issue with the way it behaves when we click on view attachments.

We don't want the documents to get downloaded every time to just view it. Is there a way to view files or attachments in the BC itself rather than download it.

Thank you for the solution. I have looked into this article before, might try it.

Do you know if there is a way to just have links for the docs. I mean have all the docs stored in SharePoint and just have links on the business central?
