When 'Post and Print' action is rejected on pop-up dialogue on the 'General Journals' page with multiple 'General Journal lines', all the lines disappear other than the first line in the list. When the page is reopened, all lines appear again.
Anyone else facing this issue?
How to resolve it?

Hi, as far as I know, there is no such restriction.
As long as the Balance of the same document number is 0, we can post them at the same time.
Unfortunately, I have not seen official Microsoft documentation for this phenomenon.

Do we have any explanatory document from Microsoft which can explain the reason for such default functionality?

I tried it and yes it is indeed the lines with the same document number which are remaining.
Is it a suggestion that in one batch the posting lines with same document number should be posted?

I tried all these after your suggestion but these suggestions do not show any effect on my problem.
Hi, I probably know the problem. When you cancel Post and Print, the system will automatically filter the first Document No. When you are in the same Batch with only one Document No., the Line will not disappear. This should be so designed.

A few others consideration
1) Try it with BC language English. Sometimes other languages shows different behavior.
2) Can you try it in different web browser? Like Chrome and FireFox?
3) One time I had another issue and it was because of Privacy Blocker extension on my Chrome. Can you check those as well.
