General Journal Lines Disappear

When 'Post and Print' action is rejected on pop-up dialogue on the 'General Journals' page with multiple 'General Journal lines', all the lines disappear other than the first line in the list. When the page is reopened, all lines appear again.
Anyone else facing this issue?

How to resolve it?

Hi

What is your version of BC. If I am not mistaken we had similar behavior in BC 19.1

Please let me know your BC version.

Hi, I tested it on BC19.5 and 20.0 without this problem.

Has this page been customized?

When the data disappears, you can check whether your Batch Name and the Filter of the page are correct.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have verified that there is no changes in Filter or Batch Name before and after the lines disappear.

Yes this page has a few customizations that i noticed while looking into your suggestion but they are not related to hiding or displaying information.

I also tested it on a trial version of BC without any customizations but it still behaves the same.

Also I'm currently using BC19.5 while facing this issue. How is it working fine for you? Can you please share your experience.

Hi, Here is the video I just retested once. This is a really strange issue. At least no problem in my SaaS W1 version.

I am indeed doing exactly as you are doing and still having this issue.

I am unable to understand why it is happening.

Is it possible that regional versions of BC are facing this?
I have tried on 2 different regional versions and both have this issue.

Going to try it for world wide version now.

Hi

A few others consideration

1) Try it with BC language English. Sometimes other languages shows different behavior.

2) Can you try it in different web browser? Like Chrome and FireFox?

3) One time I had another issue and it was because of Privacy Blocker extension on my Chrome. Can you check those as well.

Hi, I tried it again in the NL environment created yesterday. You are right, in the NL version I reproduced the problem. And I tried in Edge and Chrome, both have problems.

No fitlers

Hi, I probably know the problem. When you cancel Post and Print, the system will automatically filter the first Document No. When you are in the same Batch with only one Document No., the Line will not disappear. This should be so designed.
