Hi All,

Thanks for reading my post.

Recently, I've restored the Dynamics 365 online environment from Production to UAT. Both of the environments were/are Dynamics 365 online. Before restoring Prod to UAT, Relevance Search was working properly.

But, after restore from Prod to UAT, Relevance Search option is not anymore available under Settings - Administration - System Setting.

Does anyone face such issue before? Thanks in advance.

Hi Zohaib,

In my opinion, this is by design.

Relevance Search uses a dedicated search service external to model-driven apps in Dynamics 365, such as Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, powered by Azure Search to improve your Dynamics 365 apps search experience.

The UAT environment cannot connect to Azure Search, so we cannot use Relevance Search in UAT.
