<Entity>Data import Export frame work>Area page>Proceesing Group>

when clicked on entity button by selecting a entity name . error is popping up it is only for one perticular user and it causing naothing for functionality but error is popping up

    You can review if the client components are still installed on his machine. You can also try to clear the AUC files from the users application directory. Deepak wrote a blog about deleting these files: www.theaxapta.com/.../how-to-delete-auc-files.html

    thanks for your response,

    Answering your questions, yes its worked before and it is not newly  started DIXF and he is not new client .

    before client was not getting this error recently this error popping up and it is only for him others not getting this error and it is not causing for functionality data import and export working fine. only error is popping up

    Hi Manjunath,

    After installation of AX, DIXF as a module but you still need to install additional component as well to use DIXF.

    You need to install DIXF client services from installation media. After all , please restart AOS services.

    Can you share your AX setup page screenshot?

    Did it work before or did you newly start with the data import export framework? Or is this a new client installed?

    Anyway, this error occurs when the DIXF components are not installed. For the preview grid, on the client machine, you need to install the client component: docs.microsoft.com/.../install-the-data-import-export-framework-ax-2012-r3
