Configure the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment for companion apps

Hi All,

I am trying to set up Configure the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment for companion apps on my VM, Did all the Setting as per the documents https://ax-dynamics.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Microsoft-Dynamics-AX-2012-R3-Configure-AX-connector-for-mobile-applications.pdf or https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=36776 

 but still at the end i am facing error of "Generic: There was an authorization failure. Make sure you have specified the correct SharedSecret, SimpleWebToken or Saml transport client credentials."

    Hi Umesh,

    I assume you get this error from the server where you installed the mobile connector? Which values did you setup on parameters of the mobile connector?

    Also note there is a how to guide on partnersource (solution demo page) where you can learn how to connect a demo VM if you are using the standard demo VM.

    After creating a ticket with Microsoft, we got solution to create A new service bus namespace and its working fine now!

    Hi Umesh,

    Thanks for the feedback. Is it known what was wrong with the first service bus? Or was a service bus missing in your initial setup?

    Hello Andre, first service bus was registered and used by some other use, so might be that case, but we are not sure about this. I think we must use a service account for this.
