Did you ever get an answer to this one? I have a company doing this when Source Document is selected in the Transaction Entry form.

I am getting this exact same error when doing a drill down  and was wondering how you resolved your issue?

What all of you have failed to do is provide the version/build number of Microsoft Dynamics GP where this is happening. In addition, what specific source document are you receiving this error on?

I am receiving it on GP 2015 R2 (14.00.1010).  It occurs when I am attempting to drilldown from the Journal Entry Inquiry window to the Purchasing Zoom from the Source Document link.  It happens even if I use the 'sa' account.

Never mind.  I found a duplicate in the PM10300 and PM30200.  Once I removed the stranded record from the PM10300 the error when away.

Can you tell me how you found the duplicate record?

I used the script(s) from this article:  community.dynamics.com/.../identifying-duplicate-transactions.

    Hope it helps!!

The following should provide you with the duplicates:

    select a.PMNTNMBR, a.BCHSOURC from PM10300 a
    inner join PM30200 b on (a.PMNTNMBR = b.VCHRNMBR) and (b.DOCTYPE = 6)
