    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

    Please follow these steps:

    • First click on Switch Process button in the ribbon and click on switch process option to see a list of available processes. If you see Opportunity to Sales Process there, we need to change the order (so it launches by default).

    • Go to Advanced Settings - > Processes.
    • Open the default Opportunity Sales Process and click on Order Process Flow button.

    • Select Opportunity Sales Process and move to the top:

    pastedimage1610516989036v3.png

    • Click OK button and then click on Update (in the Business Process flow).
    • Now when you create a new record you should see this process by default.

Now, if you do not see the Process in the switch process list (as per step 1), you need to make sure:

    • Process is Activated:

    • You have appropriate security role for the process, click following button to review the roles:

    • If all if above is fine, and you still do not see the process, make sure it is added in your App (as this is default Business Process flow, it should be added din the app if you are using default UCI App). If it is a custom app, you need to add this by Opening your App in Designer mode and selecting this Business Process Flow for the respective entity.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the quick support. After posting the answer I did some digging again and realized that there are two possibilities:

    1. I don't the see the Opportunity Sales Process Floe in my Power Automate - someone must have deleted it.
    2. I see that this Opportunity Sales Process has been modified : pastedimage1610517675471v1.png

In this case I believe I will have to create the process from scratch.  Please let me know the right step to take now.

    Hi Mithun,

Do you have other environments? We can add Opportunity Sales Process to the solution and export it form other environments, and then import it into the environment that lacks this BPF.
