Hi all,

I need to execute a custom script on UAT environment, but I'm getting the error below. The custom script will update 6015 records. Anyone knows how to fix it? The script is really simple, I'm using update_recordset command in a range of RecId. Thanks!

    Hi,

Were you able to execute the script successfully in your tier1 environment?

Hi, Are you getting error while executing custom script? If No, then close all opened browser tabs and sign-in again in the environment.

    Hi,
Based on the problem you described, it seems that there are several ways to solve this problem:
    1. Check your network connection: Make sure that you have a stable and reliable internet connection. You can try accessing other websites or applications to verify your network connectivity.
    2. Refresh the page: If you encountered the error while executing the custom script within the Dynamics 365 environment, try refreshing the page or restarting your web browser. Sometimes, a temporary network glitch can cause such errors.
    3. Check UAT environment status: Verify if there are any known issues or maintenance activities happening on the UAT environment. Check with your system administrator or IT team to ensure that the UAT environment is functioning properly.
    4. Test the script on a different environment: Try executing the same custom script on a different environment, such as a development or testing environment, to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the UAT environment or if it’s related to the script itself.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Rafael,

Can you share the details of the script? From which table are you trying to update these records? Can you also tell at what exact moment you get this error? When importing the script, test run or the final run?
