Reopen approved and released Sales Orders

HI all,
I am not sure this can be done without some development but here goes…
there are some circumstances in which the finance department need to reopen sales orders to correct the posting date into the next month but the SO’s are normally released (not posted) and approved.
Is there a way this could be done?

Hello,

You can change the "Posting Date" regardless of the status.

Though, you will need to customize for the other fields that are locked behind the status.

Posting Date should be editable regardless the Status.
