I'm looking for info about the local data model for CRM  (a high level E-R diagram would work).

    I need this info to use Dynamics 365 CRM as the data source for the log for a process mining project.

    For example, I need to know:

    - When a transaction (an opportunity, an assistance, etc.) is created.

    - When a transaction changes its state: created to approved, canceled, ...

    - When a transaction changs its atributes: price, quantity, amount, dates, ...

    - When a transaction is completed: ends, canceled, rejected, ...

    Any suggestion on where to look?

    Hey Luiscu,

    I am actually looking for the same kind of info for doing PM analysis in MS Dynamics NAV.

    In my case the Change Log Entry table has been disabled .  Did you have any luck with your quest?

    Hey Luiscu,

    Try the header tables. They have type of document, timestamp. Not sure about the activity name ...
