Once you've set up an event, is there a way to automatically send the meeting invitation once a customer has registered?
Currently, I can automate the invite to speakers, but it's still seems to be a manual process for sign ups.
Hi Mollie,
You can create a dynamic segment to filter out the contacts who have registered the event.
And then create a customer journey with the segment as the audience.
Send an email which contains a button linked to the Calendar of the event.
Then the registered contacts can receive the email and download the .ics file to add the meeting into the calendar.

Hi Nya,
I have NOT been successful to create a segment of Event registration for my event. I followed your screen shot for the fields to choose.
I get and error code "TargetProfileTypeMismatch Target profile type from query does not match the audience type".
My event is set up to be using a form that is used to collect the registration data. Is that what is stopping the query from working?
