If you want to send a report using SMTP, you can look at erptechnician.net/.../sending-email-via-smtp-using-x-and-net-framework-in-dynamics-ax
Here you find also how to setup the email parameter.
However, you can find many blogs about that.

Many thanks for your great support but i need another thing that i mentioned in the post
i want a job to run an ax report then save it then another job to attach such a report and e-mail it to a user periodically is this applicable ?

Many thanks for this great help i will try the code and feed you back , the problem is that i don't have a coding license so i cannot add classes so i will try such code on AX2012 and export the import it on AX2009 and see :)

although i wrote all code logic in the job
the remaining now is Can I schedule an AOT Job as a Batch Job?
i mean i want to run that job daily
Great!
Now, you have to create a RunBaseBatch Class and move your code.
You can also duplicate an existing class ( i.e. SalesParmCleanUp, etc.), move your code on Run method and remove the code unused.
Finally, when you run the Class you can move in Batch using "batch" tab.
You can create also a specific Batch Group and using for your purpose.
