I have created a Dynamic 365 App and i have added a Webresource which holds the Bing Map, I am using the below code to refresh Webresource which is not happening in App version but working good in Web Version
Code to Refresh:
var bingmapWebResource = Xrm.Page.getControl("WebResource_incidentlocationmap");
var bingmapwebsrc = bingmapWebResource.getSrc();
bingmapWebResource.setSrc(null);
bingmapWebResource.setSrc(bingmapwebsrc);

Which technology, you are using for mobile development also check Xrm.Page.getControl("WebResource_incidentlocationmap") is returning object or not.
