Hi I am Connie.  I started working here about 9 months ago.  I previously worked with Great Plans for about 7 years.  This company is a little different as we use GP9 with a payroll service company's software embedded into it.  Thinkware or Darwin as the software is known.  My biggest problem right now is that a lot of payroll clients want reports that I just can't pull out with SQL.  We are on SQL Server 2005 and I would like to start using the reporting services and BI packages that are available.  I just am not sure where to start.  Do I start with Analysis Services, BI, or reporting services?  Do I need to make a Datawarehouse or will I be able to just pull from the tables and put the data in a report the way I want it?

 Thanks for any help.

 Connie
