Dynamics Payment Services for GP "For Demonstration Purposes Only"

After installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Payment Services for GP using the Provisioning doc. It continues to respond "For Demonstration Purposes Only" which does not allow us to connect a payment processor or use from GP. Any idea how to get it out of the demo mode.

    I do not think it is necessary to register Online Services
