How to add HTML buttons in Email body?

Dear Experts,

I want to create 'Approve' and 'Reject' button in Email or Email template.

It should change the status of record once the user click on either 'Approve' or 'Reject' button.

As per my knowledge, it is not possible to create HTML buttons in CRM Email body.

Please let me know if anyone knows any alternate approach or solution to this requirement.

I'm using CRM Online 9.0.

    What you definitely can do is to put urls into email content.

    Hi,

    if after user clicked on the button, it redirects to crm and proceed to "Approve" or "Reject" the record.

    You can build a custom workflow, build your url with custom parameter and set it as Hyperlink.

    After that, in your entity form, make use of getQueryStringParameters() function in CRM. You can proceed your logic after that.
