is there any option to find who is uninstalled the Extensions from Extension Management. how can we track it?

As of now there is no way to keep track on who uninstalled the extension however it has been suggested to Microsoft as an idea. Below is the link for more information

Hi, With the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central telemetry app, the uninstall time can be seen. But it doesn't seem to support logging users yet.
