I have an issue when different people with different role access, they can see different reports, they are supposed to see the same. For each report, it is viewable by organization. I have no idea what else settings could be causing this, please advise

Are they seeing different reports available, or the same report with different outputs?
If it's the same report, then security trimming kicks in to only show data you have permission to read.
If different reports, then it could be reports assigned to specific roles. Check the role based permissions.

What issues do you experience with it? User will not see more data then he/she can get using Advanced Find.
