Using postman to download a DocuRef attachment

Hi everyone,

I used postman to upload data using DMF but now I need to download a file from DocuRef (attachement) using the FileId or AccessInformation fields but I couldn't find any clear documentation or tutorial or threads to guide me (this thread   wasn't clear for me and wasn't completed) , can you please share the required steps or some links to achieve this requirement since exporting files isn't the same as exporting data through DMF.

Thank you for your time.

    Hi Fares,

Are you downloading the attachments from a specific business process?

Please have a look into this FAQs:

Is there an option to export all document attachments from the system?

    learn.microsoft.com/.../configure-document-management

How can attachments be extracted from the system?

    learn.microsoft.com/.../configure-document-management

Actually, there isn't a specific business process that I want to download from, I am trying to create a web service that allows me to download whichever files selected from DocuRef by using its AccessInformation, is there a way to do this?

    Update and answer:

I completed my requirement by creating a custom web service in x++ and there I added my logic to read the id of the document and then return the URL to download the file, the Postman request are just two POSTs: one for getting the authorization token and one to input the id in the Body and get the URL in Response.

Hopefully this helps someone in the future, it will be nice if someone get to verify my answer for others to check it and know that this question is answered.
