Printersetup for payment slip

We want to print a payment slip together with our customer invoices.

Where can we Setup the Printer for this because it should print on the same Printer like the invoices but from a different tray

(in switzerland we have pre-printed payment slips like an orange or red one and we just want to print the data on that forms)

Take a look at technet.microsoft.com/.../dd309660.aspx

Out of the box, you can achieve your goal using the Print Management feature.

Here you can setup the :

1- Report Format

2- Number of copies

3- Footer Text

4- Print Destination

5- etc.

Also, you can condition some setting based on a query!

in addition to denis, for the different tray you need to choose on the report in the Print Management under the Print Destination Management

Once you choose this option, the default printer and tray is chosen for printing always

It seems to me that the report for the payment slips, runs with the exact same printer settings as the main report, i.e. the invoice. Have a look at the method \Classes\GiroReportController\runPrintMgmt.

I can't see how you can print the payment slip with different print management settings. You might need a modifcation to your system in order to this.

ok. it looks like Microsoft did not think about it. How can you print the giro report in the same tray like the invoice...you never know how many pages the invoice is and when you need the different paper.

We have a similar payment in my country, Denmark, and we typically have the payment slip template pre-printed on all the pages. But I'm not sure how much effort Microsoft has put into this area, when moving the reports from the legacy report engine to SSRS.
