Import/Export Customer Journey From Real Time Marketing

Hello, I looked previously at this post Importing/Exporting customer journeys etc - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum, and followed the steps from this video (1) Migrate Dataverse Table data across environments and organizations - YouTube but although everything it looks like I imported the customer journeys (all related entitles) they doesn't show in the prod environment.

However as I saw from the documentation Move data between environments (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs it says:

"Triggers cannot be migrated when moving data between environments. Any events in the old environment need to be re-created in the new environment"

And since customer journeys in real time marketing are created with event trigger, does this mean that we can not migrate them? Has anyone achieved this?

Hi Simona Bushevska,

Yes, as the doc says, you can not migrate these customer journeys to another environement.
