Routing rule import issue - Queue lookup is blank

Hi there,

In Dynamics 365, I have created a routing rule which has routing items defined such as based on a case type, route to a particular queue. I have also migrated same queue records to the test environment so GUID isnt the issue. While importing a routing rule to the test environment, it imports successfully but all those conditions to have a blank Queue Lookup. Did anyone faced similar situation?

    how did you migrate the queue record? Have you double check the guid?

    Thanks for your response. I have imported data using CRM's data import utility. Yes double checked.
