Good afternoon/Morning/Evening :)
 
  • D365FO and Financial reporter
  • I have a client who has deleted some files not all from \AppData\Local\Apps\
    • I believe this is where D365FO installs some of the Financial reporter report design components.
  • As a result when they try to access Financial reporter via EDGE
    • Error = Application cannot be started.  Contact the application vendor
    • The ERROR SUMMARY of the resulting file =  + Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
  • What I have tried is
    • Installed Clickonce into Chrome and enabled
    • Triedto open via Chrome
    • Sadly still get the same issue.
Does anyone know how I might resolve this for my client?

    Hi @James,
     
    Can you check if you have installed Financial Reporting add on in LCS environment? As part of new update now we need LCS Add on to access Management Reporter.
     
    If it's still not working, please reach out to Microsoft for this issue.
