Is it possible to automatically track the meetings from outlook to crm.
one more condition here is that when meeting gets automatically tracked then it should be tracked to the crm account as well as regarding item.
any help will be appreciable.

It is possible to track all meetings in outlook mailbox to the mailbox in CRM without the additional information. You can use Server Side sync.
As far as setting regarding to Account is concern, this is not possible using SSS or any other existing OOB solution in Dynamics as the tracking will have to know the specific regarding item and account. This would require a setup of workflow by user that would queue from specific data points to assign the right CRM record based on the content of meeting.
