user cannot find see POs - no filters!

Hi!

We have a situation where a user cannot access certain POs for a particular vendor and others of the same vendor there are no issues. We have made sure there are no filters of any kind and also checkd all the access rights which look perfectly fine. The only things we note are (1) user is on a limited license (2) there was a vendor name change. However we do not think any of these should limit access - can I confirm? Is there anything else we should be looking at?

    Have you also checked that the use have no security filters defined or have made any personalisations that might hide this PO?

    Hi, There are two possibilities.

    1. As NorthW said, The user may have used the security filters feature.

    2. The page may be customized by using filtergroup.

    thanks - not so sure about the security filters and filters inc. system which come up when you click the funnel. I will need to check on this - thank you for taking the time.

    As mentioned in the previous post response I was not aware of the security filters and will double check this and report back.

    Are you using Responsibility Centers or is there any Security Filter applied on any of the permission sets of the user?
