Hope someone can help with this. We have recently started having a problem logging into Dynamics GP in our NZ office. After entering the user id and password and selecting the company to log into, we get the following error:
Sometimes, after clicking on OK it will completely hang and other times it will continue loading Dynamics and everything will work normally.
From my investigations, it appears to be a SQL password issue. We are using GP v9 on a SQL 2000 backend (in the process of upgrading) and it is coming up on users who have never changed their GP password.
I could probably wait until we migrate to the GP 2016 but given the complexity of our upgrade and the number of business involved, this could be another 6 months away.
