Purchase Requisitions for BC

Hi,

Does Business Central have Purchase Requisition functionality where a user can enter a list of items they require and this is non-inventory related?  I have not been able to find this functionality although I do see this as an App available in Appsource.

Thanks
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

The Planning Worksheet works for both Inventory and Non-Inventory items. I suggest creating a batch for Non-Inventory items and performing the calculation. The system will then check and update the suggested purchase

    Thanks
    Ramesh

As far as I know, there is a function with exactly the same name in AX but not in BC.
If the Planning Worksheet function mentioned by Ramesh is what you need, you can use it directly. If not, please contact partners on AppSource.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

I Do agree with Ramesh Kumar.

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can handle purchase requisitions for non-inventory items using the requisition and planning worksheets. This feature allows you to manage both inventory and non-inventory items within the same procurement process.

Thanks.  I was trying to get away from having to create non-inventory items in Inventory so that it could be used for the requisition of services but I guess I will have to use either the Planning or Requisition Worksheet for this.
