You cannot proceed with the installation because the language of the Language Pack, English (United States), you are trying to install is the same language as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server.

Hello Everyone !

Hope all of you are well. I am trying to install "Dynamics CRM 2016 Language Pack" on azure virtual machine but following error is occuring.

"You cannot proceed with the installation because the language of the Language Pack, English (United States), you are trying to install is the same language as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server."

Can anyone tell me how to solve this ?

    When you choose a language pack to download, pick a different language.  You don't need to install the English language pack, because that's the language of your CRM system already.

    I assume you grabbed it form here, just pick the language you want to add, instead.  www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    what do you mean to pick the language which i want? i want english language and i am following "www.youtube.com/watch;index=3&list=PLe14MLC-Nwy5LZ9-bMQuNgwO9tQNY7AEf" tutorial. Kindly give me solution please !

    Yes, but WHICH language pack?  There is one pack for each language.  Not one pack for all languages.  You need to download the languages you want to install.  You don't need to download the English one, as your system already is in English.

    Use the link I shared above to select the pack instead.

    when i try to install to install "Dynamics CRM 2016 Language Pack SP1" so follwoing error occur "Microsoft Dynamics CRM English(United States) Language Pack is not installed on this computer" . Please tell me what i do?

    Thanks but can you tell me if i do not install any other language pack so what will do? What problem will occur in future ? And why SP1 will also have to install can you tell me about all these purpose and solution ?

    Oh, I think I see.  You need the base language pack first.  Download it from the link I gave you.  That looks like it's just a patch, not the whole language pack.

    the link which you gave there are two exe files so i when i tried with "

    CRM2016-Mui-ENU-amd64.exe" so problem "You cannot proceed with the installation because the language of the Language Pack, English (United States), you are trying to install is the same language as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server." occured and when i tried with this "CRM2016-Mui-ENU-i386.exe" so problem "You must install the 32-bit Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook before you can install a 32-bit Microsoft Dynamics CRM Language Pack." occured

    The first one means you ALREADY HAVE ENGLISH INSTALLED. You don't need to do anything.

    The second one is only for the Outlook CRM client, not for the CRM server.  

    It appears you don't have to do anything at all, if your goal is to get English on your CRM server.
